August 20, Revdex.com SCounty Road # Fort Collins, CO Re: Case # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: In response to your correspondence dated August 8, 2014, [redacted] (KFD) is a credit-reporting agency acting as a reseller as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) The information in our reports comes from the national credit reporting agencies Experian, Trans Union, Equifax and other information vendors The correspondence we received from you on behalf of Mr [redacted] indicated that there were two inquiries on his credit report that had been secured without authorization Upon receiving your request we searched our system by name for the inquiries Mr [redacted] mentions in his correspondence As Mr [redacted] mentioned we had investigated these disputes prior and our client, Watson Mortgage, responded that they had verbal permission In light of the discrepancy we contacted our client a second time and asked if they could provide additional detail The loan originator was able to provide that she was working with the spouse of Mr [redacted] At this point we contacted Mr [redacted] directly to see if he was aware of this request Mr [redacted] stated he was not involved with this request As Mr [redacted] was not involved in the request [redacted] will be requesting that the inquiries of February 4, and February 13, be removed from his credit report We will provide a copy of the removal request directly to Mr [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Compliance Officer

Factual Data Flood did a Flood Determination on a loan we are gettingThey are showing the property is in a flood zone AND there is no way! It would have to flood the city of Corbin first and get up another 50-feet to flood this propertyThey had done a Determination 1/years ago and it was determined NOT TO BE in the flood zoneI have contacted them, as has our loan officer and insurance agent and they are saying their Determination is not changingThey are FLAT OUT wrong, anyone with eyes and common sense could plainly see, there is no possible way for this property to get flooded
