In response to the complaint letter received 2/23/2017 by our office, please see our response below. We were contacted through [redacted] by Mr. [redacted] to assist with a leakage problem in his basement on 12/2/2016. Our office reached out to him (by phone) to determine if this was a request for an...

estimate or an emergency. After speaking with Mr. [redacted], it was evident he was not sure of the cause of his leakage. We explained to him in these situations where we have to do trouble shooting there is a service fee. This was explained by our office manager (Cindy) on the same date 12/2/2016. He was going to explore other contractors and get back to us by the end of the conversation. Mr. [redacted] called us back on 12/7/2016 to move forward with the service call and potential estimate for repair. At this time I personally spoke with him and explained the service charge again and answered his questions. I told him also if we contracted to fix the problem we would credit the service call fee to his final invoice as a courtesy. He accepted, and we set the appointment to visit his residence. On 12/13/2016, at the service call location, [redacted] New York I preformed an inspection and then trouble shot the leakage around his sump pump. I discovered the discharge line installed by a previous contractor was incorrect. I dug a few holes and confirmed my discovery. Mr. [redacted] was with me during the entire process. I was on location for approximately 1 hour. Afterwards we discussed everything and I gave an estimate for that and additional work in his backyard. We also discussed the service call fee and he told me to "go easy on him". We charged $125.00 plus tax as a minimum for all service calls in the [redacted] area. We will not remove this from collections until paid in full. Sincerely, Shaun V. Fadale, Vice President, Fadale Enterprises, Inc.

Revdex.com has confirmed with Shaun at business and the customer that an agreement has been reached to resolve the complaint.

In brief response to
the complaint letter received 10/15/2016 by our office, [redacted]'s statements are in no way accurate. This has been an on-going discussion and dispute for a
long period of time. Ms. [redacted] and her partner ([redacted]) are on record in a meeting between my company, the...

Architect, and the Village of [redacted] stating: "they have no problem with the quality of workmanship". The
project was further inspected by the Architectural firm [redacted] Associates,
licensed Architect and Engineer [redacted]. In an official report, Mr. [redacted] states: "we feel that the renovated area poses little threat to human occupancy". Furthermore, before an official inspection by the Village of [redacted] building inspectors office, it was suggested by Mr. [redacted] some changes be made in advance to help close for final inspection. At this time, due to the past due charges unpaid by Ms. [redacted], we will not do
any additional work until such charges are paid in full. These charges consist of service calls, engineered drawings, inspections, and other items. We have been fully
transparent and compliant with the Village of [redacted] and the inspectors in charge. We have regular updated communications with all person(s) involved, and
supplied them with all necessary documents as requested. Unfortunately, we are dealing with the client's partner ([redacted]) who has taken the lead on discussions but is unwilling and incapable of listening. Sincerely, Shaun F. Vice President Fadale Enterprises, Inc.
