Review: On December 5, 2013, I placed an order with Faerie's Finest for $19.99 USD using the company's website and [redacted]. Shortly after placing the order, I received an e-mail confirmation from Faerie's Finest assigning number [redacted] to my order. I hadn't received my order as of 12/20/13, so I e-mailed Faerie's Finest customer service ([redacted]@faeriesfinest.com) about two minutes later I received a "canned" auto-reply stating to expect a response in one business day. I also called their 800-number and left a voice mail, as no one answered the phone.After no response, on 12/30/13 I sent another e-mail to [redacted]@faeriesfinest.com voicing my dissatisfaction with their customer service and demanding a status update on my order. About two minutes after sending the e-mail, I received a "canned" auto-reply indicating it would be one business day before they would respond.Again, after no response, I e-mailed [redacted]@faeriesfinest again on 1/2/14 and voiced my dissatisfaction with their customer service and requested a cancelation of the order and a refund of the $19.99. I received yet another "canned" auto-response with a promise of one-day response. I also left another voicemail at Faerie's Finest 800 number - once again no one answered the phone.After another two weeks of no response, I e-mailed [redacted]@faeriesfinest again on 1/29/14 and voice my further dissatisfaction with the company and their lack of response to repeated requests. I indicated I would give them another chance to refund my money before finding other ways to obtain a refund. Once again, I received a "canned" auto-reply, but no response from anyone at Faerie's Finest.As of today, 2/3/14, I have not received a response from Faerie's Finest, nor have I received the product I ordered. At this point I no longer want the product; what I want is a refund of $19.99 USD.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is a refund of the $19.99. I feel like this company has stolen the money from me; they haven't sent a product, nor have the responded to my repeated attempts for resolution.

Review: I placed two orders with Faeries Finest. One on 11/18/13 and the other on 12/23/13. I had ordered and paid for 7 items and only received one of the seven. The day after I placed the order on 12/29/13, I got a mass email stating that they would not be filling orders at this time because they were working with Amazon to carry their products. I waited several more weeks before calling them to find out the status of my orders. I left 2 messages on their machine and no one has called me back. I asked them to either send my products or refund my money. They have done neither. They obviously knew at the time I placed my second order that they would be unable to fill it and yet they accepted my money anyway. The total for the 2 orders was $114.92.Desired Settlement: I would either like the products I ordered or a refund of my money.

Review: this company never answers calls or emails, does not deliver all the product ordered and prepaid for. If you can get a hold of them they lie about sending out your product or getting you a refund. I am still waiting for product I ordered last summer. I am not the oly consumer complaining about them being crooks.Desired Settlement: they owe me over 150.00 and half of the product not delivered. I HAVE DOCUMENTED CALLS AND HAVE OTHERS THAT HAVE CALLED TRYING TO GET NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION THAT HAS NEVER BEEN GIVEN. IT IS A LAW TO PROVIDE THE NUTRITIONAL FACTS. THEY ALSO HAVE IT ALL DOCUMENTED AND COPIES OF ALL THE EMAILS. I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY AND THEY ADVISED TO DO THIS FIRST.THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.THIS BUSINESS IS NOW ON AMAZON SELLING AND THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING JUST CASHING IN....

Review: On Dec. 19th & 28th 2013 I ordered a bunch of items for belated Christmas presents ($177.89 worth) I have not received my items or refund from this company. I have tried to call and have left numerous voicemails and numerous emails with no reply. I've asked for someone to contact me with any assistance with no reply. I sent a reverse paypal refund but have not heard back on that either. I am very disappointed and just want my money refunded back to me. Thank you, [redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: the monies I sent to them for goods. $177.89 worth.

Review: I placed an order for $53.89 in flavoring extracts from this company on 12/24/2013 (also paying on my credit card at this time), and have yet to receive any product. I've tried to contact them repeatedly via telephone, e-mail, and even facsimile over the past three weeks to confirm the status of my order, and no response whatsoever. The one time I was lucky enough to speak to a real person (named [redacted]) at this establishment, she mentioned that their server was down, and she'd call me back once it was back up in 30 minutes or so. So basically, I've paid for a product a month ago that I have not received, with no real hope of receiving a product based on a lack of communication from this establishment.Desired Settlement: Either send me my requested order (Order ID [redacted]), or refund my credit card purchase.
