They will not stop charging my bank account 78.79 a month.

I ordered a free trail. Paid for shipping. Never did I authorize for them to take out 78.79 a month for their product. I called talked to a lady after the first 78.79 charge. She put me on hold and the hung up on me. Tried calling numerous times only to get a recording. Then the second charge of 78.79 came out of my account. Called again and a man answered it and cussed me out and hung up on me. Tried calling several more times but only get a recording.

Desired Outcome

I want for them to stop charging me and return my 157.58 to my account

I supposedly got a free sample, since then, without ordering anything, keep getting items, and charges on my credit card. With no return info.

got 2 orders ofvitariche lux. did not order, and each billed for 89.99, charged to my credit card, without any authorization on my part, using a payment for shipping for a free order supposedly to use credit card to continue charging me for an unwanted item, with no response to why I got it in the first place, and no return or refund policy.

Desired Outcome

get my credit card off their files, and quit charging and sending this junk.

It was to be a free trial but it turned out to be a monthly program.
I thought I was signing up for a 30 day free trial, but they put me in a monthly subscription program. They don't have a phone number anywhere that I can call and cancel this subscription. The company name is Dermacare LLC and is located in Holiday, FL.

Desired Outcome

All I want is for Dermacare to stop billing me or sending me the products.

The advertising was false and I was charged $237 instead of paying $39.98 for a product.
This company uses fake endorsements and fake advertising which is well documented by the Revdex.com. I want to return the product for a full refund, which this company says it supports, but I was told by the customer support team for this company that I have to wait 60 days before applying for a return and refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I'll return the product. I'll need an RMA or the address to return to. I ordered the product today after which I read a Revdex.com report detailing this company's deceptive practices.

From an add on AOL I started to order a $5.99 bottle of CBD oil. I completed Part 1 when I reached Part 2 I noticed that two additional items, which I did NOT want nor was I aware of these items, were added to my order. I attempted to back out of the order form but could not get off that page and did not want it. I did not go to stage 3 which was submit! Not wanting these additional items I DID NOT SUBMIT THE ORDER!. since the site would not allow me to leave. I exited the computer! I checked my credit card shortly thereafter and there was a $90.98 charge from this company for products I did not order. I immediately called and told them that I did not submit the order and asked them to cancel the order. Thee guy I talked to said he couldn't do that and would have someone call me back later that day. I immediately phoned my bank and cancelled my card and told them what had happened. When I received a callback @ 5:30 that day I again asked that the order be cancelled. Then on 1/15/20 I got an email stating that my order had been shipped. I emailed back and repeated everything and stated I would not accept delivery. UPS Put it my mail box so I opened the box as no name was shown in the return address. In the box was 2 of the 3 items that were listed on their packing slip showing quantity as 00 for the 3rd item. I did not return the items as I assumed the other item would be mailed separately. Never did receive it. I have not opened the other items. I phone my bank today and apparently they did not set up a case on this & are not going to. I then called Cannapro. Apparently they had set me up for a monthly deliver bacause they said I hadn't cancelled my membership. I never joined a membership and, thankfully, I had already cancelled my credit card. They started offering me 15% off the $90.98 if I returned the products at my expense, then 20%,40%,60% and finally 80%. I asked why I should pay $16. Plus $5.99 shipping when I didn't order anything! I reminded her that the law says if one received products not ordered they can keep the product and are not obligated to pay for it! She said the 80% was as high as she could go. I told her that was unacceptable that I was still paying for nothing.She was to refer the account up the ladder. I await their response.

Desired Outcome

They charged my cc a total of $90.98. I want that amount refunded plus the shipping charge to return these items. I did not order and ergo I don't have to send back nor pay for!

Thank you. My bank has deducted the charges. I will also file a complaint with the AG, FBI. FTC and the FDA.

These products were shipped from the Florida address on the package I received. I believe that they were, at the very least, a conduit in this scam regardless of whether or not they play any part in the production of or sale of such products! They enable others to lie, cheat and steal from the general public and, by this response,it appears that they will continue to do so!

I turned this over to my bank and they deleted the charges from my credit card. I do not know if the bank ever received reimbursement from anyone anywhere.

If I could leave a review without making a star I would this is the biggest rip of company I ever have seen I've been trying to get them to stop drafting my account for 6 months now. Don't take a Chance buying anything from these bums they will steal your money

I ordered one of their items to try, around 5 dollars. They charged me for three about 90 dollars. I sent everything back. They won't refund my money.

I just want my refund, it was like 95 dollars.

My bank immediately saw an $89 charge and called me. This is a scam. They bill a few dollars for samples and they DO NOT state anywhere that they are going to bill you almost $90 after you receive the samples. Chase Bank is going to refund my money and list this company as a scam. They should not even be allowed to operate in the U.S. Why can't our government get rid of scam artists like these? There should be laws against this.

This is a SCAM!!!!!!! this company makes false statements at bank investigators. They said I agreed to a subscription, but in the website there is no agreement. and the worst: City Bank accept their explanation and never asked me about my explanation. However the product is a scam .. it is BS... and my wife has no changes after using the " FREE SAMPLE".. I have paid $200 monthly for a SCAM PRODUCT AND COMPANY.. and still in dispute again for a clear SCAM and FRAUD.
Revdex.com should make public these type of companies which send Phone and Cellular advertisement in order to stop this FRAUDULENT COMPANIES.

I ordered a small jar of skin cream for $5.45. No where did anyone tell me I was joining some kind of club for $97.27.
I was fraudulently charged $97.27 to join some kind of club for this skin cream that I never agreed to. I purchased this crème on 1/16/2020 for $5.45 and they charged me the $97.27 on 2/1/2020. I called to dispute the charge but their computers were down and they told me to call back in 30 minutes. I called back and got someone from the Phillipines. He said all they do is automated emails there. They said they would credit me $70.89 to which they did.

I want to be reimbursed the difference and I want everyone to know not to trust this company. And this company goes by many names. I ordered it through World of Beauty/ Gravity Theory but they used 2 business names for the charges. One being Signa Pay Laurs Inc. and the other Ryshineskincare.

Someone fraudulently ordered stuff in my name and stole credit card info.
I recieved a package on 1/14/20 had to pay 7.oo in postage I havent ordered nothing it was some diet pills someone has stolen my bank info and fraudulently ordered this and had it sent to old address that we moved from back in Nov so it was forwarded to new address I called the number on the order slip gave them order #*** the lady was very rude said order was placed 1/8/20 & 49 dollars would be refunded but wouldnt give back postage and hung up on me I called back and told them again you owe us a refund for this product plus the postage due we had to pay for. She said they already refunded me and closed account someone made I have not recieved a refund it shows on my account they took the money. I want all my money back $49 + 7.00 for postage.

I want all money back 49. Plus 7.00 I want this account closed and people to be aware there fraudulently placing orders and not refunding people back.

I have contacted this company multiple times by phone number at same number that's listed for them on here because orders are still being done with my info they tell me each time they are sorry and will refund immediately and stop all activity I have also gone to the bank 3 times they have disputed the purchases then another will show up to now I have to open a whole new account I'm also contacting authorities and filing against this company I am not the first to have this problem there are multiple people with same issue. You need to refund all money owed

Because its untrue and they know they are allowing people to do this it is illegal and I will be contacting authorities and attorney

Free offer is now charging me $95.89 charges and $5.95 twice. Have partial phone #. 88891316 NC.
Bank statement shows $95.89 pd to Radiance Health. I did not get a product so don't want chg. I was told only pay $5.95 s/h. I cannot call as I was only given partial number 88891316 NC. I will go to bank and see what they say.

Refund and taken off list to continue paying.

Received subpar product and am unable to return for refund as none of their #'s work.
I ordered CBD gummies with a money back guarantee.
They are not only primarily corn syrup and sugar, but they actually make me nauseous.
When trying to return them they say I need an "RMA", but no phone numbers for this company work so i'm unable to receive an RMA.
I would not have tried these if I knew I was unable to return them as they stated.

free product pay shipping continued to receive .tried to contact by phone no answer sent letter telling them to cancel whatever they were doing.
on July 1St when my cc statement arrived and I saw I had been charged $72.94 for cbd cream, I tried calling free trial pay shipping . Got nowhere with phone number then I mailed letter telling them to cancel ,stop I didn't want anymore product. Thought ok they ripped me off once now its stopped. No I received another bottle 10/17/2019. I was finally able to get a recording left msg for a call back.I got the call back that said I was in there computer and they would charge me 299.00 to stop orders. I called my cc company and they are going to investigate and no payments will be taking out by them and they are going to put the $72.94 back to me.The man was extremely rude and hung up on me.

I believe my cc company will take care of this for me. They can not get any more money off of it. I just want yall to know what they are doing to people and that it is wrong.

This company, and its affiliates are a fraud. They bill you a small amount for samples, then bill you for 10X the amount. From $8 to $88 per item!. The claim to have a 'Terms' section which explains this; but does not appear on the site that I could find when ordering. Nor does their order confirmation explain any 14 day trial period.

I do not remember asking for the product I am receiving nor do I want any of it.
I've tried to reach the company to no avail.

Dear Revdex.com in Clearwater,

There are few things that need to be made clear in regards to the false allegations that are made
against FAFS by consumers and the Revdex.com. FAFS is a full-service Business Process Outsourcing company
that has been in business for almost 20 years. During these 20 years we have continually provided outstanding services to our clients while maintaining a high moral and ethical code that this company was founded on almost two decades ago.

I would like to make it clear about what it is that we actually do and hope to mitigate these false accusations against our company made by consumers who have no idea what they are talking about and have no idea who we actually are. We are a third-party vendor who is simply contracted by our clients to answer support calls from their customers and assist them accordingly and that is it. We do not sell, market, or advertise any products and we are not to be held responsible for the way our clients market their products. We also do not profit in any way or see any type of "financial successes" directly from
the products our clients sell. We simply provide a service and we are compensated for those services rendered.

This complaint filed by *** was incorrectly forwarded to us as we do not sell
physical products so there is no way this gentleman could have purchased anything from our company. I ask that this complaint be transferred so that this customer be assisted appropriately. As far as the addresses, we are not connected with any of the provided addresses and we do not allow any of our clients to use our physical address, 11630 Pyramid Drive, for any reason. We are also not a fulfillment company as that is a totally separate type of business. I will ask of you that you please provide me with the companies that are wrongfully and illegally using our address on their packing slips and websites so
that we can contact these companies to remove our information.

We are disappointed to read these complaints but more so disappointed in the Revdex.com for letting
these inaccurate and falsely accusing complaints tarnish the reputation we've worked so hard to build over the last 20 years. I hope that we can clear all of this up and move forward.

Waiting for a refund for over 2 months. Was in ICU and rehab a month and found out they had issued a refund, but I never received it. Called over a month ago and the operator said they had issued a new refund, but I haven't received it either. Have sent emails to support almost daily with no response. their phone has a fast busy/ Beware!
