Dear Mrand Mrs [redacted] , We are so sorry for your unhappiness with your sofa and loveseat We have tried to deal with this problem to the best our ability but we are bound by [redacted] Furniture's warranty [redacted] Furniture will not replace the sofa and loveseat due to the movement of the cushions; however, we replaced the cushion cores of your sofa and loveseat and unfortunately this did not apparently solve the problem We have sold [redacted] Furniture's product for over years and this problem is something that has never occurred before Therefore, [redacted] Furniture has informed us that they will not issue a replacement for this reasonRegards, Suzanne Fagan
