Fahey Roofing + Contracting

November 2020 I hired Fahey Roofing to install new gutters, apply Henry's Silicone Roof Coating on my mobile home. Neither job was done correctly from the beginning.. Gutter's leaked into the walls of my home, the roof coating is chipping off, had been since the beginning.I have a piece of roof coating that came off, was in my yard a couple weeks ago..No roof patches were sealed, the roof was not cleaned properly nor was it let to dry completely before applying the silicone coating..I do Not believe the expensive Henry's Silicone Coating was applied.. Joshua Fahey, owner does not care, he's become quite Greedy..

I contacted Fahey Roofing for my shingle roof replacement. I received my estimate the same day and the job began a week later. Santiago and his crew arrived early and worked late into the evenings. They were very professional, courteous and they completed the job in a timely manner (2 days for a large roof). The job site was left clean and the new roof looks great! I would highly recommend Fahey Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Fahey construction completed a roof at my residence. I priced several contractors for a new roof. Fahey construction was well priced with guaranteed workmanship and product. The crew began at 7:30 and worked straight through to complete the job in one day. They were extremely professional to work with and my roof looks amazing! I would use this company again and I highly recommend them to friends, neighbors and family.

I hired Fahey roofing to do a 27x43 rubber roof on my apartment building. From the time I contacted them till the day the job was finished they were nothing but professional and courteous. They kept me updated through the process and made me aware of what was going on. Very dependable. Would do business with again.

They show up and before you know it, you have a beautiful new roof done right. They clean up every little scrap from the job.

1-19, Fahey (Russ)came to my home to repair roof leak. He removed a "un-needed" roof vent, and said that was the problem. He never went into the attic. The roof leak caused severe damage to the walls and paint in my bedroom that cost me $480.00 to repair. I was given a 1 yr warrantee on that "roof repair". After inspection by an insurance adjuster, I was told the vent was the vent to my front bathroom and had to be there by law.(It concerns me that a qualified roofer wouldn't know the difference between a bathroom roof vent, and a "vent to nowhere", which is what he called it) I contacted Fahey Roofing, and they came back out and replaced the vent. No other roof work was done per their receipt. In May 2019 the ceiling started to leak again, ruining the repair and paint previously done.(No insurance coverage). Fahey sent someone out who went in the attic and found a pipe that was leaking and said that was the source of my leak and would be easy and cheap to fix. The owner denied that work. The owner Joshua states "there is no proof that the original leak was not fixed". The proof that the " original leak was not fixed" is that the ceiling is leaking in the same exact spot where the original leak was!! The only roof work done, was the issue with that vent. I am asking for the return of the $310.00 I paid Fahey to fix the original leak, WHICH THEY DID NOT DO and now refuse to stand behind their warrantee which is not up until 6-20. That money would help off set the inside repair that now needs to be done AGAIN, and is still pending. All costs have been out of pocket. Pictures and receipts available upon request. I hate to think that I am a being taken advantage of because I am a female senior citizen, however this abuse happens daily, as we all know. I have attempted to contact this business many, many, many times. They never answer a phone and very rarely an email. They just ignore you and hope you will go away. I will not drop this issue.

Fahey roofing just completed a project on my home that included a roof repair and gutter guard installation. Received a prompt estimate at a very reasonable price. Repair was completed in one day. Quality work and site was left very clean after completion.

Very nice job. The crew working on my roof was friendly and professional :) Josh was always very responsive to any questions that I had. I never had to wait long for a reply from him. I will consult them again for future needs.

A previous roofing company took half of my roof off, but work was stopped by the historical society because that roofing company did not get the proper permits. That company was removed from the job due to that fact and the fact they their product was not approved by the historical society. On May 7th, I signed a contract for 31k with Fayhey Roofing. They have the approved product, knew my previous issues and told me that they would start in a month. It has now been over two months and no work has been started on my house. I also paid 50%. So they have 15k from me and I have half a roof that is leaking they will not return my phone calls.

replaced my entire roof a few years ago. Since then, it has had several leaks on various areas of the roof. I have called no less than 4 times and haven't even gotten a call back. I was told I had a 50 year warranty.

Fahey Roofing has done 4 roofs for me, and has always done a great job! I have rental property and when doing a roof I would rather a large crew to get it done as soon as possible with out jeopardizing quality, these guys have it they had a crew of 6 working on my roofs they have done 2 metal roofs about 3-4 years ago and I have had no problems at all with them.
They just finished up 2 shingle roofs for me this week, the last one they did when they removed the shingles discovered the whole roof was in need of new wood , witch I had not planned on, Josh ( owner) was quick to work with me on the price, to get the job done right !
Daniel and the crew was all professional & kept me informed , and left the job sits free of any debris , only way you could tell they where there is a nice new roof!
