Precision Landscaping failed to show up for a job promised to be completed within weeksAfter three plus months and damage to my neighbor's property which I had to pay for out of pocket I had to fire PrecisionI had given Rob the owner $13,by that point which was more than 1/of the entire paymentPrecision did not complete any where near 1/of the job in over three monthsRob refuses to settle this outside of court and refuses to give me a refund for an incomplete jobI had to hire a new contractor that finished the job in weeksEstimates to what Precision completed does not total anything near $13, New contractor also had to fix what Precision landscaping had completed (half retaining walls) because the walls were not straight or levelAlso precision landscaping said the job was taking longer because they had to remove concreteNew contractor went to fix a footing installed by Precision because of a failed inspection and the concrete was still in the ground

Very disappointed Robert is very nice, and called on us a lot last year trying to get our businessWe signed the contract this spring I had to reach out constantly trying to get a start date Multiple start dates brokenWhen they wanted our business we were getting calls all the time and once we gave them our business, we couldn't get a call back
 We finally had enough and cancelled the contract due to too many broken promises Now we cannot get our deposit back I guess our job was too small for them If you have a small job, you should probably look elsewhere

This landscaper charged $for landscapingweek later three trees died and he did not honor what was on his proposal He is a liar and a deceiving individualHe did a lousy job and trees diedHe states we did not water plantsWe have had days of rain and we have water daily as we were instructed to doDuring the landscaping his mn employee broke my window in sun roomThe glass company could not process his credit card and I had to pay out of pocket to fix this problem He still ha not reimbursed meHe is a thief and a liar and should not be in business
