Wow, what great service and work we received from Advantage Painting! We contracted with them to paint our entire house (sqft.) and the work was outstanding and on time! The team was excellent, hard working staying late to keep the painting on scheduleThe team moved and helped rearrange all of the furniture and art work, clean up, and complete a walk through once completed We had a couple of challenges during the process but the company handled each professionally and to our satisfactionWe had chosen very light colors, which required additional coats of paint and they worked with me to determine a fair and equitable additional charge - could not have been more pleased with their fairness in terms of satisfying the customer I would highly recommend them for any painting you may need - you will be completely satisfied before they leave!!
I had a very negative experienceI used them twice previously without issue so I was unprepared for this experienceThe start date for a painting job was set for a Monday On Sunday I received a call postponing the job until Thursday On Wednesday a message was left on the wrong phone about postponing the job until the following week and would start the job on a holiday MondayI questioned this and was told they would work on the holiday After my complaint, they said they would start the job on Friday and finish on Saturday They did not paint on Friday, nor did they call me They did not show up on Monday and did not call meThe accepted job proposal stated that I could get one color of my choice throughout the house I was told no, they needed to match the color downstairs (which was very similar to what I wanted) and paint the rest whiteStill not sure whyThey offerre a $discount which I refused It didn't cover my gas costs for making two trips from out of town
We are so very satisfied with the professionalism of Management and the Professionals that did numerous repairs including Carpentry, Painting, Gutter Guards All work done met our expectations and the time spent on clean up was extensive
