Review: On the [redacted] of November, 2013, I placed an order on Skintrium's site. [redacted] of November, I called to cancel my order and sent n email as requested by the customer service representative requesting that my order be canceled. Completely disregarding my email and request, the company sent an email on the [redacted] of December, stating that the order has been shipped. I then sent another email pointing out that twice I requested that my order be canceled prior to it being shipped. I received an email stating that they would attempt to retrieve the package and once retrieved I'll receive a refund. This has been the status since December [redacted]. I've tried calling but every time I call I'm being told that the person I need to speak to is not around. I leave messages after messages but never get a call back as promised. This whole thing is going on two weeks and I feel as though I'm being taken for a ride.Desired Settlement: To refund me my $149.94

Review: I ordered products from Fair and Flawless on July *, 2013. Below is my order information. I have not received my products as of today. I called their 24/7 customer service but the voicemail stated I reached the company after business hours. I sent two emails regarding the non-delivery of my products and I have not received a response. I checked fedex and it reports no record of the tracking number can be found

Review: I have been inquiring on the update on my refund since August of this year, I have forwarded the return shipping info (tracking #)the company requested in early september. However, I have not received an update regarding my refund(once I submitted the tracking number with proof of signature of receipt they no longer responded to my emails as to the refund). I have made calls and have been told that the department has been contacted via the Customer Service Dept. and nothing. I was advised to return the product and assured that they provide a full refund of the cost. (I have the email history) I no longer have the product as I have returned it in June per their direction, and no money for the return (total of $85 plus tax). Review: I purchased a product called Enhanced Facial Spot Eraser from this company on 07/**/13. I used the product and had a very bad reaction (clogged pores that I am dealing with to this day) and contacted them to take advantage of their refund product. I sent the product back on 08/**/13 and they signed as confirmation of receiving package on 08/**/13. Today is 09/**/13 and I have not received a refund. I cannot get through to the customer service line or receive any assistance. I believe it is this companies intention to not refund the money for the product that I mailed back to them. I would like a full refund of $81.97 (the amount that I paid to them). This company is very suspicious!! I will not purchase from them again and I will definitely let everyone I know not to purchase from them.Desired Settlement: Refund the total amount that I paid to this company which is $81.97. I heard from Skintrium finally. My complaint has not been resolved because they rip people off. I just know not to ever deal with this company again. Revdex.com you can close this case because Skintrium will not be of any assistance as their company is crooked.
