We received a letter for a complaint in the mailThis matter has already been resolved with the customerHowever we would like to explain the matterThe customer in question applied for an apartment on 2/13/2015, they paid a $deposit and $in application
fees ($per person)On 2/15/an email was sent asking to cancel the application/deposit on the apartmentWe refunded the $deposit as stated on ALL of our paperworkOnce she received that she was unhappy that she did not receive her $application feesIt is stated on our Price Sheet and a box on the application itself which is signed by the applicantWhen it was explained to her that its not refundable she began emailing and accusing our leasing associate of unprofessional behaviorbelieve it was a misunderstanding and did not warrant those accusationsAfter | explained the information to her she did not reply and her roommate ended up calling our regional property manager and was extremely friendly and explained the situation to herShe gave us the okay to refund the application fees to them as a courtesy especially when she said she still would be interested in moving in once her current lease is upThis matter is closed with us and I'm not sure why it even was submitted to the Revdex.comA check was cut to her for $on 3/20/15.Please contact me if you have any questionsSarah B*** Resident ManagerLINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY
