Fair Oaks Emergency Physicians

Review: I was seen in the Fair Oaks Emergency room on August 03, 2013. I confirmed that they were participating providers with my health insurance BCBS. They were and continue to be. Eight months later I received a bill for $765 from Fair Oaks emergency physicians billing service. I called them and was told my insurance didn't respond and that I would be responsible for the bill. I called BCBS who sent them an Explanation of Benefits on September 25, 2013. I faxed this information to them TWICE.. Once to [redacted] and then to a supervisor [redacted]. BCBS paid for the emergency room visit and sutures but did not cover the nurse practioner because she was not under BCBS. The EOB said I was not responsible for this charge and BCBS confirmed this. I asked the billing service to review the information and make the adjustment and if there was any further problem to call me. I did not hear from them. On October 26, 2014 6 months later I received a collections letter. I called the collections company and faxed all the information to them. They agreed it was not my responsibility and removed my name from collections and sent me back to the original biller. I called the billers again on November 20, 2014 and and spoke to[redacted]. She asked me to fax everything again and that she would call me back. There was no response. On December 11, 2014 I made another phone call to [redacted] C. Again I was asked to fax all the information and she assured me she would take care of it. She couldn't explain why [redacted] did follow up and the other two people I spoke to were no longer employed. Today is December 22, 2014 I called again and was told that it was forwarded to yet another manager with still no resolution!!!Desired Settlement: I want a letter stating that the account has been handled and the there is a zero balance.
