Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Please reread my response, I had nothing to say about the receiptThe issue on hand is the amount of fabric you ordered for usThe receipt did not show how much was ordered or the price per square foot just the final priceYou have not provided details of the measurementsWhat were your measurements for the windows? How much “extra” is needed for the piping and the sides? Instead of belittling your client and saying, “He just doesn't get it.” Try educating your clients about the processAll I was looking for was some education and your lack of responses and defensiveness makes me think you are not being truthful Regards, [redacted] ***

*** *** has requested a blind replacement I have already placed a request to manufacturer to replace I am currently waiting on the blind to arrive and when it does I will deliver to *** *** However the warranty has expired over a year ago Sincerely,** *** ***

I think this is just a client wanting to get some money back Mr*** *** was never in the meetings or on the emails sent back and forth *** *** *** *** was the customer that dealt with the Fair Oaks Window Decor
Before I moved forward with selecting fabrics I gave
*** *** the price for the labor to make the window seats The email was on June 3rd at 2:pm This same email stated that the labor did not include the fabric Fabric is an addition On June 4th at 10:am I received an email from *** *** to proceed with the window seats and when can we pick fabrics From that point I spent hours selecting fabric books that would work for the rooms and then sat down with *** *** to nail down the fabrics Once they had been selected a contract was sent via email with the prices for the window seat Again it stated this was for fabric only The fabric invoice was paid at that time
After the window seats were delivered then Mr*** *** paid the upholster for his labor I was only paid for the fabric
What Mr*** *** does not understand is how yardage is estimated In his mind the seat is inches so that is all the fabric that is needed I tried to explain to him but to no avail You have to take into consideration repeats vertical and horizontal You have to have some overage There was also piping all around on the top and bottom As well there were the sides of the window seats It is all about cuts He just doesn't get it If he thought the cost was too much then he should not have told *** *** to proceed and pay To me it just seems like he has buyers remorse

[redacted] has requested a blind replacement.  I have already placed a request to manufacturer to replace.  I am currently waiting on the blind to arrive and when it does I will deliver to [redacted].  However the warranty has expired over a year ago....

 Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
While we were disappointed in the pricing Ms. [redacted] charged for the fabric, the issue is the amount of fabric we got charged. I have asked Ms. [redacted], to explain why so much fabric was needed. She responses with a generic comment about needing enough for the sides and piping. While, I agree extra would be needed, through my research I cannot find support that 12 extra feet per window of fabric would be needed.
I tried to resolve this issue prior to contacting the Revdex.com, however Ms. [redacted] chose not to respond to me. Now has taken a month to respond to the Revdex.com complaint. I believe Ms. [redacted] either measured in error or tried to take advantage of us, not thinking we would check her work.
I ask either be reimbursed for the error in measurement or provide support that much fabric was needed.
Regards,
[redacted]

I have responded and did explain in detail. I'm done with this issue. I clearly emailed a contract with details that have been approved by his wife.
