The Fair Program is just as their name, fair, just and honestI paid an attorney two years to get me a modification on my mortgage I kept in touch with them but they did not respond to me the first year After I received a foreclosure notice from Wells Fargo I texted the head attorney He then let me that they had moved The legal assistant with the firm called and kept telling me that I would not lose my property Months went by before I heard from them once only Again, they disappeared
A lady by the name of Kat P*** from the Fair Program called me to say that they could help me I was reluctant but I called them back I was set up with David D*** a Fair Counselor We met, got all of the paperwork together, spoke to the bank together and the ball started to roll We met with Art M*** to make certain that of the paperwork was in order David is a good listener and his ethics are very transparent My sale date was approaching and David moved with enthusiasm I am truly grateful.! The same day that the bank had placed the sale sign on the door is the same day and time that David called to say the modification had been approved" Praise God" ! I've been working with Dominic [redacted] Eric [redacted] and Eric ** for awhile now. They have been so patient working with me to help me with my modification. I can truly say that they are very professional and really work hard to make their clients happy. They never miss a beat when paperwork needs to be signed and documented. Relocation of my home of 19 residential years which is currently in default from 2 lay offs within 2 years can cause a panic mode and possibility of a set back to age 5 for my special need child. ( I, single MOM ) would have to be in view of his at all times for him to be relaxed in a new environment and, can take years for him to get the comfort zone back!
