Email recieved from B: Hello [redacted] this is Vinnie K [redacted] the G.M of Fairbridge Inn & Suites regarding case number [redacted] [redacted] had reservations at the Fairbridge Inn & Suites for night Friday july8th checking out sunday july 10th 2016, [redacted] didnt show up to the property on her date of arrival, we called numerous times but were not able to reach her regarding her stay, since we didnt get a response we charged the 1st night stay as we were not able to re sell the room,at 2pm july9th we cancelled the 2nd night of her reservation at no charge (48hr cancellation policy) [redacted] called the hotel on the 11th of julyasking why we charged her card, I informed her that she had a reservation with us but didnt show up or call to inform us that she wouldn't be coming in, after a long conversation I went ahead and refunded the charge of the 1st night of her reservation in the amount of $as a courtesy of the hotel, all charges to her card have been refundedAttached is her reservation details along with the credit card refund Thank you for your time, I hope this resolves any matter between the hotel and the guestif you have any questions please feel to call me at509-548- Vinnie K [redacted] G.M Fairbridge Inn & Suites 509-548-

I stayed in the this motel from July through July 14th, checked out on July 15thWhen I checked in on July 11th and was given my room keys, I got to my room on the 4th floor and neither of my keys worked so I had go back to the front desk with all my luggage which was difficult because I use a cane for mobilityThey redid the keys and followed me to the room where only one of the keys worked then.I picked another key later in the eveningThe next day I was working online on my laptop and WIFI issues all morning, no connection to wifiCalled the front desk and maintenance was sent to my room only to tell me that the transmitter by room had been stolen so wifi was bad where I was but I could use my hot spot on my cell phone use my own data or move roomsSo I asked to change rooms however I did not change rooms because it would have to difficult to do and I liked the room I was inMy comment to maintenance was why had they not replaced the transmitter instead making guests move r

Review: I reserved a room for the night of 12/20/2014. The reservation was for a suite with a king bed and seperate living area. When we checked in we were given a room with 2 small beds and no separate living area. When I went to the front desk there was no other options but they did acknowledge that the reservation was for the king bed suite. I did pay for a higher priced room than what I got and was stuck in a tiny bed so it is my belief that some sort of compensation is owed to me. I am all for donating to the causes of my choice but this donation does not fit that criteria. The manager has miraculously just stepped out every time I try to contact him and has not called me even though I've left the info for him to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid back the difference for the room that I reserved vs the room and bed that I was crammed into.
