More than that, why was I the only person subjected to being searched? My husband and kids were notMy friends in the same showing as me were notI was not given the option to take my item out to my carI did not intend to eat the item, it had been left in my purse from when I received it earlier in the dayRegardless, either search everyone, or don't search anyoneMy rights were violated by Fairchild Cinemas and their customer service is obviously less than excellent when they would continue to fight a matter like this with a poorly taken photo.
I am rejecting the response because they have not dealt with the issue: why was I the only one searched? Why wasn't I given the option to take my item out to my car or to surrender it and have it back upon exiting the theater?

Review: This theater falsely represented on 07/10 that the fire Marshall in Pasco requires that no car seat is allowed in the theater for fire concerns in an evacuation. I contacted the fire Marshall the following day and verified that the fire Marshall has no such rule. It is my concern that the theater has its own policy that creates an incredible amount of risk for children who should be in a car seat that are required to be held instead of being in their protective equipment. I cannot imagine that their liability coverage would cover them in cases where children cannot be kept safe. Please verify the information I have provided and contact their insurance to see if they cover them for this additional risk in their policy.Desired Settlement: To change their policy to allow children in car seats to be allowed into the theater.

At our location, for the comfort of our guests we have plush High Back Rocking Seats. Without a safe way to secure car seats to the rocking chairs we fear that the baby could easily be knocked off the chair onto the floor. Strollers are neither permitted. With poor visibility conditions due to the darkened setting of a movie theater, guests could inadvertently bump into a car seat or stroller and cause possible injury to themselves or the child. I completely understand your frustration. While we strive to bring convenience to our guests, we place safety as a higher priority.
