Fairest Cleaning and Restoration

Unless you have some rental apartment with dark color carpet that’s nothing special, don’t bother using these guys.
My experience started with calling to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was mad at some employee and started throwing F bombs while I was on the line waiting and she didn’t know I was listening I guess? Or maybe she didn’t care? I got concerned at that point but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and schedule anyway. They claimed to have a “special”. Technician came out, and was actually a very nice guy but not sure he knew much about carpet cleaning. Our carpet is light beige color and we had gone a good year without cleaning it. Dark areas were clearly visible. Tech cleaned, and told us to not step on it for 4 hours. So we did. It was still wet after that amount of time. At that point it looked like the dirt had not been cleaned out, but rather spread all over leaving swirls of dark. They have a satisfaction guarantee kinda policy that they say they ll come back out if you re not happy with the results. I called them back and the same technician did a 10 minute run over areas that he thought needed it and called it good. He seemed clueless on why it didn’t look any better. At that point I should have asked for my money back but I didn’t want the trouble or the confrontation so I let it go. I still feel that I just wasted my money and my time, and possibly damaged my carpet too. They say you get what you pay for. Next time I won’t fall for their “we are great and fair priced” lie.
