Review: I went to Fairfax Convenient Care LLC on 03/13/2013 for some routine blood work and check up. The doctor never scheduled a follow up appointment with me and sent me a bill in July 2013 for a total of $190.34 after deductions from insurance. To this day I still have not received a phone call from the Dr to discuss my test results and when I finally called and asked the receptionist to send me my results she said she would do it ASAP and now is October 2013 and I still have not received my test results. I had the blood work done in March because I was concerned about my health, but its been 7 months and my test results are invalid because they are now so old.Desired Settlement: Since its been over 7 months since my blood work Fairfax just cancel the 190 balance left for me to pay because I have already gotten my blood work done somewhere else and received the results. I want Fairfax Convenient Care to make my balance zero due to there inability to send me my reports and since its 7 months later those test are invalid.

**. [redacted] came in to see me in March 14, 2013 for a general physical and question ADD issue.

As I remember patient was seen less than 30 minutes from his arrival. A full history exam was done.

Patient was asked to come back for a follow up, he stated he will check his schedule and call us back. At the same time he was referred to a neuropsychiatrist for an evaluation before starting him on ADD medication since this medicine is highly addictive and an abused controlled drug;

It did not come to my attention he called to schedule an appointment.

I did not hear any complaint, we have an outside billing office who are responsible to send out statements.

Please find enclosed my note and **. [redacted]'s lab results.

I am rejecting this response because:

I contacted Dr. [redacted] 5 different asking for the information and I complained to the billing company.

These test results are more than 8 months old, what am I gonna do with information that is not current.

The only outcome I will take from Dr. [redacted] is to cancel any payments due, I have contacted my insurance company and told them the situation.

I have already seen another doctor and was able to get blood tests and that Dr. sent me all my test results within a week.

Dr. [redacted] failed to get me my results in a timely matter and I will not accept out of date test results.

**. [redacted] received the standard medical care and his medical bill was processed and calculated by his health insurance, [redacted].

The outstanding balance of $190.34 was determined by his insurance and we have no role in changing that. For your information he has also complaint to Virginia Board of Medicine and to his insurance.

We expect **. [redacted] to make full payment of his outstanding balance.

You and your office provide low level health care. It took you 7 moths to finally send me my blood test results. What am I gonna with 7 month old test results, they are no longer valid. You have continued to display the unprofessional way you treat your patients. All you want is money that you dont deserve, it is obvious how your office works that you do not care about any of your patients.
