Review: In late November I brought in a piece of glass from my under cabinet lighting that I needed duplicated. The person at the front desk informed me that I could get the same size glass but the pattern of the glass was no available. I said "That is fine, the more important issue is that I get the size, the pattern makes no difference to me because the glass goes under the cabinet". I picked up the replacement glass, including the piece I left for them to duplicate, I took it home and then realized it was took thick, the incorrect size. I took it back a few days later and a gentleman told me that the office manager would call me when she returned soon that day. I never heard from anyone in nearly 3 weeks, so I called the person that I talked to said they had been swamped, etc. She explained to me that I had ordered the wrong pattern, not available in that size. I never specified a pattern, only a size. She disputed this and we went around and around. I think the problem stems from the fact that I first visited their office at 12:00 on a Saturday and they close at 12:30. The instant I walked in the door, I was not made to feel welcome. The attitude from the sales person was sour. I think she was more interested in wrapping up her week then listening to what my needs were. She was not present and therefore got my order incorrect. Or, perhaps the glass cutter got it wrong and she is refusing to take responsibility. This is my first compliant ever with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: This is only a $73 dispute, but I was so mistreated that I feel I cannot further do business with this company. The sales person offered me a 20% discount on a new order, but I find that unacceptable.
