Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/10/02) */
We were hired by a third party to review a loss experienced by the Complainant. We reviewed the evidence as presented to ourselves, evaluated the circumstances in which the evidence was presented and issued our findings in the form of an Opinion...

to our Client. This opinion was peer reviewed prior to release.
Since the time of the original expression of the Opinion, the Complainant, has talked to the investigator, who agreed to once again, review the evidence, circumstance and expressed opinion. This was done, by the Investigator; including a second peer review, involving the information put forth by the complainant. It was then offered to the Complainant that the investigator saw no reason to adjust the original Opinion.
Since the time of the release of the second statement, the Investigator has been threatened by this Complainant with action through his Professional Association if the findings were not adjusted.
At that point, we advised our Client that the Complainant was acting in a manner outside of the terms of our contract with our Client and we would not be dealing with the Complainant directly. We are of the understanding that the Complainant was advised of this by our Client.
Following this notification by our Client, it seem that the Complainant has chosen to work through the Revdex.com.
While we appreciate the work of the Revdex.com, we take extreme issue with the words used within the Case Description above. Our firm has operated for over 55 years and has earned a reputation of solid, fair and factual Professional work. We will not see that reputation sullied.
We would respectfully request that
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/10/07) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Coles' response did not deal with any of the issues. Coles is stating in their response that they reviewed and evaluated evidence to lead to an opinion -- however Coles has never admitted to the fact that none of the evidence that obviously opposes their opinion has been included in their report, nor has Coles been able to provide any evidence that supports their opinion. Thus, my claim of Coles' error, incomplete information, [redacted] stands firmly until they respond with actual changes to their report. Coles' statement regarding two sequential peer reviews is of no value without evidence of the qualification and independence of such "peers", and most importantly an appropriate disclosure to such peer of the information that to date Coles has avoided to disclose in their report. [redacted]
Final Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2015/11/04) */
there are three pieces of information which should bring this matter to a close:
1. as of November 3rd, 2015, [redacted] the governing body responsible for investigation into complaints of its members reviewed the letter of complaint filed by Mr. [redacted], reviewed the report filed by [redacted], [redacted], of this office and as well reviewed the detailed response to Mr. [redacted]' complaint, and determined that the service and report provided by Mr. [redacted], [redacted], of this office was completed in a professional manner and was not negligent nor incompetent. Mr. [redacted] was supplied a written notification of the above findings from [redacted].
2. Coles Associates Ltd., did not supply any product or service to Mr. [redacted]. Therefore, we critically question the rational of the Revdex.com's futher involvement.
And Finally,
3. Our client on November 3rd, 2015 again advised the policy holder, Mr. [redacted], of the manner in which he needs to proceed should Mr. [redacted] wish to contest the contents of the report provided by Coles Associates Ltd.
Given the above, we regard this to be a closed file.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 18, 2015/11/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
None of any of the statements recently made by Coles have any substance and/or veracity. Regarding the attempt of the [redacted] to dismiss my complaint made in accordance with the [redacted], [redacted]
Coles' has provided not one item of information to date as to why they continue to choose to ignore the data that has been verified and provided to them prior to their original report, and reminded to them by telephone and written notices after submission of their original report to the insurance company. [redacted]
[redacted] Unfortunately, Coles has not yet proposed any resolution whatsoever.
