Fairfield Circle Inn

Review: I was traveling for business and decided to book a room at the Fairfield Motor Inn for one night. The hotel is old, outdated, but the rooms, including the carpeting and bedding were dirty. When I told the women at the front desk that the room was dirty and I couldn't stay there, she said that there was NO refund!! I had to pay for another hotel room in near by Westport. I think that this probably happens all the time and once folks see the rooms, they don't want to stay. It is unfair to not be able to get a refund.
