Review: Contract was for filling driveway cracks using rubberized hot asphalt and sealing entire driveway.Cracks returned within warranty showing cracks were not filled. Three calls to Fairfield County Pavingresulted in unkept promises to return and fix defects.Desired Settlement: As per the contract, fill the cracks with rubberized asphalt to depth of cracks and seal the asphalt.If unable to honor the warranty, then refund the $350 payment before the warranty expires.
