Fairfield Inn Marriot

Dirty room, bad service and not willing to accomidateOn Feb 13-15 I stayed at the Fairfield inn with my wife and children(room 124). I did not get a chance to inspect the room until later that evening and when I did the room was not very clean(dirty toilet, floor, food particles in the sofa sleeper, no linen for the sofa sleeper). I contacted the front office clerk she apologized and informed the manager [redacted] who in turn gave me 50% off for that night. Sat comes and my family and I were gone for the entire day from 8:0 until around 10pm and when we returned to our room it was once again very dirty(toilet, floor,no fresh towels etc). This time I was told to talk to the manager([redacted]) the next morning and I did just that. She([redacted]) was not helpful at all and only gave me the name and number of her supervisor Precious [redacted]. I emailed [redacted] on Sun morning and got no response. I called the hotel on Mon Feb 16th and they hung up on me. I contacted Marriott and filed 3 complaints and all they have done is emailed me a survey request and sent 2 emails....one from [redacted] and the other from [redacted] saying that because they discounted Friday then they can do nothing else and the matter is closed. The apology email from both ladies say the exact same thing word for word. My family and I spent $119 per night to stay in this hotel and all we ask for is to stay in a clean room and get good customer service. We got neither!! Once you take my money your responsibility should be to give the customer what you promised and they did not! Please help me resolve this fairly. Customers deserve better that what we got!!! For the record, my sister named [redacted] also stayed that weekend(room104) and filed complaints as well as my daughters school that stayed there as well(Notre Dame de Sion high school).Desired SettlementI am requesting a guilty refund. If I'm being honest, if the hotel management handled the situation better I would hav asked them to do what did for the first noght(50% off). Because of how they have treated me and the situation I would now like a FULL REFUND! From the room to the lack of quality customer service I think they should give me a full refund.
