To Whom It May Concern: I have received your letter and I understand that a patient mother has complained in a letter about my dental profession and high ethical standardsThis is the reason I am writing this letter to explain the misunderstanding that happened in my officeSince, Mrs*** *** the mother of *** *** *** called the office questioning and saying she doesn’t believe patient has cavities on his tooth with a very unpleasant attitudeI spoke with mom in my office in private and I ask to please bring patient in for the last time to take pictures with our *** Camera to prove and educated her of patient cavities but mom refuses to bring patientA release of records was given to her at the end of the week since I don’t think my staff should deal with that kind of behaviorWe are here to serve our patients with our best possible dental careThank you, J*** ***, DDS
