I have been trying to speak with the Property Manager but to no avail
I moved into this apartment in April.I made complain that something is biting me at nightsThey sent PEST control to examine the apartment fir bed bugsHe reported that there were NO Bedbugs and sprayedI continued to get bite and they placed eat traps In my unitIt is now becoming unbearableI tried reaching out to Shannon the Property Manager I also left a message for the district Manager *** *** but No one returned my callI spoke with *** *** *** they all say that they cannot assistI'm afraid that I could develop some sort of disease from whatever seems to be buying meMy apartment is hazardous and the office staff and management seems to think that this is a joke

I have been communicating with my local leasing offive for days now through email, phone calls, service orders from the main hotline, and office visits All of this effort has served only to be frustrating to me as I am making no progress The office has claimed that the billing statement was wrong for July rent, that a recent employee quit who had my paperwork, and that lease rates were not available on the 9th of July I have also requested the formal complaint process from the office about times without success This is ridiculously poor consumer service I expect to bcompensated for my apparently pointless efforts to fulfill my dues as a renter
