Review: I was charged $699.00 for a matte black [redacted] 2009 696 monster kit on 9FEB15. I called and emailed the company to cancel order and they have not.

I ordered and was charged $699.00 for a matte black [redacted] 2009 696 monster kit on 9FEB15. I called and emailed the company to cancel order since I realized I do not need the kit, and they have picked up the phone when I have called (twice) nor have they responded to my two emails I have sent to the company. I am seeking a full refund of my $699.00. They have not sent the fairing kit nor have they refunded my money as of 16FEB15.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of my $699.00 for the fairing kit I ordered, which I then tried to cancel the next day but am still being charged.
