Review: On 03/28/2012, I paid for partial dentures (lower and upper). After multiple castings and four failed fittings that took seven months, the dentist informed me that he could not provide partial dentures as originally agreed upon; he told me that I would need braces to correct a space in order for him to provide acceptable dentures. In October 2012, I saw an orthodontist through the same dental office and purchased [redacted] (invisible braces). Two months later, I was delivered my [redacted] but two months into the process, they failed and I had to be refitted and the product reproduced; this cause the process to start all over. As of 07/01/2013, I had not yet receive the partials that I paid for and I was now forced to begin the [redacted] process all over again. Almost a year and a half after my purchase, I not only hadn't received acceptable product but I also was moving out of the area.

I contacted the office manager at Fairless Hills Dental, a total of 16 times from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014. I was told on nine different occasions that I would have my $3118 refund within a week or two. I have provided my new address multiple times but have not received my refund. I last spoke to Fairless Hills Dental on July 1, 2014 when I was guaranteed me that I would have my refund in 10 days and again, my address was taken. During this last conversation, I informed my contact that if I did not receive my refund in two weeks I would take further action; he agreed that I had been very patient and he would resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: The company needs to provide a refund of $3118.00 for the partial denture that they failed to provide.
