The customer initially dropped off a jacket on 12/15/17. At that time the customer noted stains on the coat and the associate noted them on the invoice (see attached). The associate advised the customer that the stains are not guaranteed to come out. The customer advised to have us try. The second...

time the customer came in we advised her that the stains did not come out
and she instantly demanded $200 for her coat. We advised her that we can try another
time and she gave us permission to do so. The
third time she came in to pick up her jacket she stormed into the store and immediately came behind the counter in the employee only area and approached the associate within inches of her face. Clearly trying to intimidate the associate and demanding $200. The customer was visibly upset. The associate calmly asked what the issue was and she continued to go on about how the associate ruined her coat. The customer advised that when she dropped her coat off initially there were no stains on it. The associate then showed the customer the original invoice that states there were stains on it. The customer advised the associate that she was lying. The associate began to explain the cleaning process to the customer and advised her the stains are not guaranteed to be removed. The associate then apologized for not being able to help her further and advised we are not able to do anymore to the coat. The associate advised that we were not charging her for any of the cleanings we had done as she was not satisfied. She argued
that "clearly, it's worse than when I brought it in." The associate apologized again but there was nothing we could do further. The customer continued to go back and forth arguing with the associate and went over the story many times. After 25 minutes of trespassing behind the counter in the employee only area she refused to leave the store. The associate explained that she had to get back to work. The customer began again telling her story and the associate advised she had enough and asked her to leave the store as the customer would not stop arguing. The customer
refused to leave store as she stated to the associate that if she leaves it accepts the fact that the associate won't give her the money for the jacket. Finally, the associate asked the customer to get out of the store for the final time with her coat. At any point she was never paid or was asked to pay any money to Fairmount Cleaners. As you can see in the attached form there were stains noted that the customer pointed out on the initial encounter.
