waivers, with signaturesI needed to input their address and told them I would give them the originals once we metI tried to meet with them on separate days and each time they said they couldn’tThe only date they asked me to meet, I explained to them I would not be availableI will not give them a permit to have someone else work and complete work on my permitThat is not acceptable to have anyone else working on my licenseWe didn’t complete the job by the finish date was because we didn’t start until after the original start dateThis was mutually agreed uponMargie also added several items and changes during the construction processThe bottom line is, I have completed the work and they will not payI know they are happy with the work, Margie has said so several times, posted pictures on Facebook about how excited she was and how beautiful the tile work wasI have sent in a Notice of Intent to file a LienI have also added late penalties, fees associated with filing and have asked my tiler to do the same
