I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with Fairview's response to my complaintFairview's previous letter dated May 11, recognized that
the IUD prescription should have been filled through CVS's specialty pharmacy and provided future instruction on how to do soNow, in their response dated July 28, they are telling me that they are not capable of such proceduresIf Fairview's new claim is true, we should have discussed it prior to my final appointment when I asked numerous times about billing my CVS prescription coverage for the IUD. Fairview's response letter accepts no responsibility or suggestion of using this failure has a training opportunity for their clinics and future patients who will get caught up in this same predicamentI should not be held responsible for their lack of training and knowledge of proper billing procedures especially for birth control which would have been covered at 100% if the clinic had known the proper procedures or at least communicated their inability to bill CVS to me so I could have went to another clinic that does know how to bill prescription coverage properly. Today is the 16th, I have not received any resolution about my complaint. The only letter I recieved was about them needing to investigate the issue and that was received by me before the 9th. So I assume either this is not taken seriously or is possibly being ignored?

The response letter was mailed out to the patient's home on 10/13/15. He may not have received it by the time of his latest entry on the Revdex.com sight, which was 10/16/15.
It was dated 10/9/15 but was mailed out 10/13/15
