The playground equipment was vandalized in the Spring of 2013. Due to the vandalism, it had to be removed. We did not have replacement of the playground equipment
in the budget. The budget is being finalized and we will be able to make the necessary upgrades this year. The router in the clubhouse was replaced and the WIFI is working correctly now.
The staffs morning schedule is to check the water in the fitness center. It is empty occasionally and we have it replaced the same day. *** ** *** is in the process of upgrading certain amenity areas which will benefit the entire community

What was stated is not true and I cant believe the lies I will not recommend this property to anyone. They have never stated any vandalisim to the playground that is completely untrue. When I moved in they stated wanted a new playground for the kids and that was a lie as I stated before they advertised as kid friendly and that is a lie on there site they are still false advertising that they have items that they do not . Gym is still not clean water is there now since the complaint but no cups. The Tv has been taken out and the facility is a straight false advertisement in all areas. At this point I will search for other options just to make sure that others are not mislead just because they feel they can do it.
