[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The reason that I have chose that the business has not resolved the issue is because once we gave all he information to *** Ford they than stated that they needed to call someone to come out and look at the car to even determine either the warranty company would fix our vehicle My husband just recieved a call today from *** stating that they ordered the motor and are just waiting for it to come in and be replaced *** from *** stated that it should all be covered We have been without the car since December 22, and have made two car payments without the vehicle in our possessionWe are waiting to have our vehicle back and it seems like we are having to jump thru hoops to make it happen With our warranty that we got with our vehicle we should of been given a loaner car and Sheehy doesnt seem care about that

*** *** To answer the first part of the business response to my question they fully agreed to match the sales price and the trade in price and then hours later once we agreed to a deal they took there offer backTo answer the second part of the business response they say I bashed them on social media? When and where did I do that because I never did thatSince this dispute I have purchased a truck for a even better deal than they offered so I don't want to purchase anything from themWhat i'm requesting is *** dollars in compensation for my trouble and a apology from them for treating me like this and a promise they will not treat future customers like this

We have resolved the issue with [redacted] He came to the store and we sat down and went over all of his concerns.We issued him a [redacted] check and he left completely satisfied.Any questions please advise. Brandon S[redacted]General Manager/Partner

We had giving Mr [redacted] a figure to match what he had in WV at another Toyota store. Once he agreed to the number he mentioned he had a trade and they were giving him 18k for it. We researched the number with out having him come to the store to save him a trip and the research indicated the number...

To whom it may concern,I am responding to Mr. [redacted]' complaint regarding the [redacted] that he purchased on 4/15/2017.  Sheehy Toyota of Stafford makes an effort to ensure that every vehicle we sell is free of manufacturer recalls.  The vehicle that Mr. [redacted] purchased...

was deemed free of all manufacturer recalls when he purchased it in April.  Please see attached NHTSA recall information signed by Mr. [redacted].  [redacted] has acknowledged this headlight problem by offering a warranty enhancement coverage on the high beam/DRL bulbs for 5 years or 72,000 miles (whichever occurs first), but did not issue an official recall.  Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]' vehicle was not within the warranty parameters offered by [redacted].  Upon realization that the bulbs were indeed shattered, Sheehy Toyota replaced the high beam bulbs at no charge to the customer on 4/19/17.  Please see attached service invoice.  We certainly understand Mr. [redacted]' frustration with his high beams not functioning and would like to offer a resolution to his concern.  Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is willing to replace the headlight assembly on both sides of his [redacted] at a nominal cost to the consumer.  We will cover the cost of the replacement parts ([redacted]), but would ask Mr. [redacted] to contribute $[redacted] towards the labor for the installation.  We are also willing to place him in a courtesy loaner vehicle while his car is being serviced.  We hope that this is a satisfactory resolution for Mr. [redacted].  Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.  Best Regards
