I will be contacting Ombudsman. They are in need to screen their staff better before hiring.
A nurse in E.R., named Jessica had no underwear on, you could see right through her sheer pants! She had no education with bed side manners! She was rude! Maybe because I was there alone and being elderly! Or had any knowledge of her job. She wouldn’t answer my questions, or speak in complete sentences! Just rushed in and out of the room!
