Mrs*** Came to us so we can show her one of our rental propertiesShe did apply for the property, we processed the application and forward the information to the ownerWe were not aware the owner was out of state which caused the delay in a response to her applicationMrs*** only told
us a couple of days after she applied that her voucher was going to expire on the 8th which was only a four days after she originally appliedOn a basis it takes 2-days for a response on an applicationI spoke to Mrs*** to let her know that we were waiting on the owner for the response, we can not approve the application without the owner's consentMrs *** signed the application for the credit check and was aware of the inquiryWe apologize for the delay, but it was out of our hands
