Review: The Fairville Company is falsely accusing me of signing a contract. This contract is not mine. The signature on the contract is not my signature and the social security number is not mine.The company does not know my place of employment and nor do they have my correct information on file. At the time the contract was established I was not living at the stated address. I have never been to the State of PA and do not know how the notary could have notarized the document. I have contacted all three credit bureaus and provided proof of the contract that The Fairville Company has on file to the credit bureaus which resulted in removal from my credit. This has been an on-going issue for the past 8 years. I have tried to talk with the representatives of the Fairville Company but they insist on calling and harassing me about this account. Please help. I am willing to provide a copy of the contract and letters from the credit bureaus to settle this.Desired Settlement: I want the Fairville Company to stop calling me and to clear my name from this contract

Review: My debt was paid off in 2007. The Fairville Company (now [redacted]) is reporting open balances to [redacted] with one account showing as over 120 days old but in good standing; the other account showing as delinquent with a transaction reported in 7/2014. The last activity on this account was the payoff in 2007. There has been a dispute filed with [redacted], a direct request for infomation mailed to Fairville (sept 2014) and a complaint filed with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (which they cannot validate the Company).

Even if this was not a paid debt, it is beyond the statute of limitations and should be removed.

Fairville is not correcting the error.Desired Settlement: Credit reports corrected and the items removed. Perhaps even punitive damages due to the amount of effort expended on this and the damage to my credit score.
