As a GEICO Auto Repair Express shop, we are staffed with an actual GEICO employee who performs all inspections and thoroughly documents any and all prior existing damage not related to the claim being filedDuring the inspection the GEICO adjuster physically inspected the vehicle with the owner and documented all of the prior not related damage on an inspection form, which was then signed by the owner of the vehicleThe vehicle was then photographed by the adjusterThe repairs where completed as per GEICO's repair estimateThe car was picked up by [redacted] 's [redacted] After the vehicle was picked up, [redacted] called and stated that her rear bumper had damage on it that she claimed we had done here at FairwayWe asked that they bring the car back so that we could look at itWhen the car was brought back to the shop, A GEICO [redacted] was present along with the Auto Damage adjuster who estimated the car originallyThe [redacted] stated that the damage was old and was preexisting damageThe GEICO [redacted] advised the customer of thisWhen [redacted] s boyfriend asked us at the shop what we where going to do to fix this, we stated that we were not responsible for the damage as per the GEICO [redacted] and we would not be repairing it
