Fairway Auto Glass Reviews (13)

These guys have done my window twice in the past yearThe first time that I needed a replacement was because some trucker dumped a gallon gas can off the back of his trailer that literally caved in my windowI refused to use safe light because I had a bad experience with one of there installers ( but we don't need to get into that) anyways Fairway came out next day installed a beautiful window that happened to be the same exact one I bought the car withThen a few months went buy and the ( AZ drivers will understand ) kicked up a bolder on my beautiful widowI called my insurance and asked for them to send nobody but the guys that did it last timeFairway came out the next day and they even brought me some movie tickets since I was a "previous customer" I love these guys they are awesome professional and extremely kindI would recommend all of my friends as well as all of you [redacted] _

I recently received a call from Fairway Auto GlassI was initially skeptical (as I am with any telemarketer) but, after quizzing the very polite representative on a variety of concerns I had about quality of glass, warranty, and mobile service; I decided to accept their offer to replace my windshieldThe call only took about minutes and I was scheduled for the next morningUpon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly installer who presented me with the Harkins movie tickets the representative had promisedThe whole process of replacing the glass only took about minutes and he was done before I knew itI NEVER go out of my way to compliment a business on the Revdex.com but these guys deserve it and are the real dealThanks Fairway Auto Glass, you have my business for life!

I echo the other negative reviews - I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their internal call list, and I still get calls These are unsolicited and the sales people attempt to get you to replace your windshield under insurance by letting them put in a claim for you that is not trueI have reported their unscrupulous business practice to my insurance company, I would not recommend this provider to anyone

These guys have done my window twice in the past year. The first time that I needed a replacement was because some trucker dumped a 5 gallon gas can off the back of his trailer that literally caved in my window. I refused to use safe light because I had a bad experience with one of there installers ( but we don't need to get into that) anyways Fairway came out next day installed a beautiful window that happened to be the same exact one I bought the car with. Then a few months went buy and the 101 ( AZ drivers will understand ) kicked up a bolder on my beautiful widow. I called my insurance and asked for them to send nobody but the guys that did it last time. Fairway came out the next day and they even brought me some movie tickets since I was a "previous customer" I love these guys they are awesome professional and extremely kind. I would recommend all of my friends as well as all of you.

I had my windshield replaced six years ago. I am still receiving phone calls from random numbers of people who just call a list of numbers given to them by this auto glass company. I have told them many times to stop calling me without any resolve.

Bottom line: NEVER have your windshield worked on by someone promoting their business.

These people should be sued for insurance fraud. They keep calling me every 6 months to try to get me to change my auto glass just because "its covered by insurance" when there is nothing wrong with and I keep telling them to not call me anymore. Don't ever give them your number, they will never stop calling you, no matter how many times you ask them.

The guy who changed my windshield is a great job but there was a promotion that fairway auto didn't honor. When I asked I was told to reach out to the head quarters so I did and in over 2 weeks they still haven't emailed or called me back. I won't use them again because they lied to me.
