To Whom it May Concern:Mechaunda *** is a long time customer of mine, and has bought close to cars for friends and family from me over the yearsThe problems with the Commander, which was purchased for $plus tax title plates, was brought to my attention about two months after purchase
I paid a mechanic we work with (not on site) half of the repair bill in good faith to show how much I appreciate her businessA few months later another problem occurred, and this time it was catastrophic due to running the vehicle out of oilUnfortunately all of our vehicles are sold with no warranty, encourage our customer to have the vehicle inspected by their own mechanic prior to purchasing the vehicle, and also tried my best to help her by making partial payment for repairs on this CommanderWe both then agreed to put the commander behind us and move onI then gave her a grand marquis for my cost, Which was substantially lower than its retail value, to help her absorb the loss on the commanderWe also in-house financed her on the grand marquis, Which I NEVER do, to help get her to work and on with her daily lifeI have not heard anything negative about the grand marquis nor did she mention any of this in her complaintI have gone above and beyond to show my appreciation to her patronage, never avoided her phone calls, nor left her hangingPlease free to contact me for any other questions.Sincerely,Joe ***Fairway Auto Sales, Inc*** W *** StMelrose Park, Il 60160708-***
