Review: My coupon for a full service car wash for $8.99, with no expiration date. The cashier would not honor it. I was charged $10.99.

I had a coupon for a full service car was for $8.99

The service employees accepted my car and gave me a print out to take to the cashier. She would not honor the coupon, because the website had been changed. She could only allow $6.00 credit. I registered my complaint and asked to speak with the manager. There was no signs posted at the car wash entry, on the door into the customer service area or at the cashier station about any changes. The clerk called the manager and he would not authorize the $8.99 price. I asked to speak to him. He said he could not leave the office. I could go to the office. I am handicapped senior, and was walking on a cane. By then my car was into the wash cycle. I paid the fee and told the cashier that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Desired Settlement: Preferably a free car wash, but no less than a $2.00 cash refund and an apology.

We did post a notice for three months. Jan, Feb, and Mar. stating we would no longer accept the 8.99 internet coupon as of Apr 1st. Due to problems with our web hosting service we extended it to Jun 1st. on Aug 1st the code in the computer was changed so that the cashiers and site manager can no longer override the coupon.

Review: While having my 07 Tundra mini detailed the radio antenna an was broken and the grommit for the antenna was lost causing a loss of approx. $70.00 not including the labor to reinstall it. I went to the business immediately after discovering the damage and a report was filled out with the assurance that someone would be contacting me. They never did.After about 10 days I again contacted them by phone and was again assured that some one would be contacting me. They never did. This took place 7/3/13 and I still have not heard from them.

Review: On June 7, 2015 at 3:30 PM, my 2011 [redacted] 4runner was in the car wash's care and control. As my vehicle was in the car wash bay, it collided with another vehicle causing $800 in damage to the front of my car and $1200 to the rear of the other car. I was told that a malfunction had occurred with a sensor, and the car wash system should have stopped the vehicles from moving forward. We were told that the MVA was captured on CCTV, but they were on a 15 day loop and may no longer be available.Claims were filed via my insurance carrier ([redacted]) and to date no one from the car wash has responded to them or the other parties carrier ([redacted]). We were told that 5 days after the accident, we would be notified. Emails, letters, and personal contact was been made with the manager ([redacted]) and still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired at there expense or I would like to know who they are insured with, so we can file a claim with them, as they have failed to provide this information.

Review: My car was damaged during a service I purchased to have my car detailed. When I left the Car WAsh, I had to drive directly to a repair shop and the cost to repair my car was $820. I immediately went back to the Car WAsh to let them know what happened but I had to rent a car. This all happened at 8 in the morning and I was back at the Car wash by 9:30 letting them know about the problem. At first the car wash said they would work with me. Eventually they changed that and won't refund amy of the money I had to spend to fix my car. I am a 67 year old widow with only one car. The car wash attendant did not say they had a repair shop of their own, he sent me out on the street with a car that had a shorted out Gear Shift box. The car would not shift out of 1st gear. I was lucky to get it to repair shop in town. The mechanic where I took it did take pictures of the moisture on the circuitry that shorted out my Gear Shifter. The employee that detailed my car was using a squirt bottle to clean and detail the car and then my Gear shifter did not work. When the car would not work I asked a manager to see if her could get my car out of Park since I could not get the car out of Park. He had difficulty getting the shifter to work. But eventually he pulled it out of park and into Drive. I had driven only a very short distance when I realized the car was not shifting our of first gear. I drove at 22 miles per hour to a repair shop.Desired Settlement: They should have to pay for the repair. They have the invoice that I had to pay to get my car back.
