Very shady dealershipInstead of getting interest rate through finance individual, they do it at the service deskI told them I could get better deals from my bank, so they lowered itisn't it up to the bank to issue a rate? The finance guy also wouldn't give up on selling warranty that I didn't want and was very pushy then basically stopped talking once he understood I didn't want itHe kept saying I needed it because key replacement costs are high for programmingFunny, he sees I bought a work truck that only has a basic key with nothing programmableWhen confronted he said oh well you need it for the tiresAlso have several issues getting the 2nd key to the car and they have made different excuses (lies) about itFour days later and still don't have it
I'm first time customer to this business. I've been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at another Buick dealership for over 17 years. So I decided to give Fairway a shot. So I scheduled some maintence for a road trip we are taking. One thing was for a wheel alignment. Evidently they only have one bay to perform an alignment and the vehicle ahead of me busted a ball joint while being taken off the rack. Makes you think what kind of service they provide behind the scenes. With that being said, they told me they could move that vehicle until "after lunch", which would be around 1:30 pm. Now I've been here since 8:30am.
It appears they care more about their techs lunch then customer service. I was asked if I would be willing to come back in the morning, but said I'm leaving town at 6:00am. So, unfortunately, I im forced to wait. For at least another 2.5 hours for a wheel alignment. No other options were sugested.

They contacted me persuading me to trade my 2015 camaro for a 2017 and either keep or lower my payment due to incentives that would end soon. I went and struggled because they had promised lies finally they make me sign a paper stating if they could get me a little higher for 76 months if I would agree to purchase the car I gave in and said yes. Then when we go to sign all the financing paperwork they tried to give me an 84 month contract and would not honor the paper I originally had signed that they were holding me against but that they didn't have to honor their end. If I wouldn't sign the 84 month contract they said I couldn't have the car so I walked out
After scheduling a service appointment for a airbag recall and indicating that I wanted a $39.95 oil change and tires rotated my girlfriend was told it would be a little more than $40.00 when she dropped my Silverado off. Mechanic time stamps show a total of 7 MINUTES spent on my truck.When she went to pickup the truck they presented an invoice for $548 and change stating they had also done a 30k service. Neither myself or her authorized any additional work - spoke to service writer and service manager neither offered any assistance - these people are CROOKS ! If a zero rating was possible that is what I would give them and also their chance of EVER doing business with me again.
