business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This dry cleaners is unprofessional and unethical! I picked up my clothing and complained in person about the damaged clothes (holes in a dress, discolored silk dress-white to yellow etc.) and the rep that attended me was rude and refused to take responsibility. Additionally, while I was in the establishment I took pictures of the damaged clothes (pictures attached) and immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

This whole situation is very simple:
1-I provided the cleaners with several items that needed one stain to be removed
2-Clothes didn't return clean (white silk dress yellow, brown burn stains on wool dresses etc.)
3-I requested the clothes to be re-cleaned
4-The clothing returned from the *** try with more burn stains on white silk, wool and cotton dresses Additionally, there were holes and stains on a barely worn dress (attached are pictures)
5-I paid for the items and filed a complaint afterwards because the counter person at the cleaners refused to give me my clothes, didn't provide a resolution, and to top it off didn't apologize for destroying my property!!! These aren't cheap items and they were careless

Review: I dropped off dry cleaning (3 pairs of dress slacks) on 6/**/13. I have stopped by the cleaners several times during the last 2 weeks, and the store apparently is closed (permanently). Lights are off - door is locked.I also called the phone number on my receipt - ###-###-#### - and it just rang.How can I get my slacks back???Desired Settlement: I would like to pick up my dry cleaning at an appointed time and place.

I was able to pick up my dry cleaning. The gas station next to the cleaners has the key to the front door, and has been kind enough to let people into the shop to get their clothes.

So, my problem has been resolved.

Apparently the owner of the cleaners is very ill and doesn't have anyone to take over the business.
