Everyone was very pleasant to deal with - in the order we met: Curtiss, ***, [redacted] and [redacted] They are competent and anxious to please The equipment looks great We think we will be happy with itThey installed it quickly as we wished, and registered the products for us within a weekWe like the warranty and service offer, and that they are nearby if we need help We wish them continued success

Initially we had an evaluation and cleaning/tuneup of our existing HVAC systemLater, we had our entire system replaced The evaluation was for a second opinion to see if we really needed replacementThe two technicians did the cleaning/tuneup of our existing HVAC systemThey were thorough and friendly and didn't try to sell services or give us panicky recommendations like the other teamNeedless to say, we really needed a new A/C and furnaceNot unexpected and we had gotten quotes last yearThe surprise was when the salesman didn't try to push us in any way, and was knowledgeable and helpfulWe'd had several quotes the year before, so we were leery of salesWhat a pleasant surpriseWe discussed our options with him and he respectfully gave us time to considerIt was refreshing not to be pushed to "sign the dotted line" before he left! After our deliberation, We decided to go for it and signed up the same day! The price was right, tooThe technicians, again, were friendly, professional, neat, and timely in the replacement and were done in a day with very little disruption to usThey even came back to help us with thermostat adjustment, as we didn't do it rightVery nice guysI don't particularly like to write reviews, but I am quick to complain when there are issues, so I thought it important to give this one! I told ***, the owner, I wanted to write a review, because anyone considering HVAC work would be smart to consider Fairway

My experience with FairwayCooling and Heating, from start to finish, was impeccableWhat a joy to actually get great service! Bill, a man who had addressed my leak issue three times and recommended a new system at a decent price (I do believe he was integrous but lacked experience with coil leaks), had me looking for alternativesI checked Angie's List and Next Door Neighbor for recommendationsKnowing I needed at least quotes, I emailed over a dozen placesOnly two responded to my request in hours, one being FairwaySeveral more responded or days laterMany never replied at all From our first interaction, [redacted] from Fairway, stood outHe is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and forthcomingHe was patient with my questions which spanned over several calls (some because of contradictory information from others)I know we're in his busy season, and yet I felt I had all the time I needed to make sure I was making my best decision and choice He also explained the name of the company: FairwayThey want to do business the fair wayMaking money but not gouging peopleFinding skilled personnel in every area and paying them what they're worth for their knowledge, experience and training, but still not creating unbelievable markups [redacted] had an idea of what was wrong and that the whole system probably did not need to be replacedHe sent out [redacted] and ***They were both professionalIt was the first time that I can remember that a service person listened to all my information about what had been happening, gave me eye contact, wasn't fiddling with the device whileI was talkingWow, to be listened to! I thanked them for that [redacted] responded that I knew my system better than anyoneThe info I gave them was helpful [redacted] then proceeded to check out the systemHe was the only person, out of the three who came out, that took off the container above the coilThat was in his first two minutesIt was clear that it was leaking badlyCoil leaks are generally small leaks and hard to see but these were 4-8" oil spreads inside, so impossible to miss [redacted] gave me a bid on getting the new coilHe also gave me a 10% senior discount [redacted] said it was a great priceI did not get a bid on this from anyone else (though I tried), so I can't say where the bid came inI did save money with the coil still being under warranty Then another call to ***, as someone said that most likely I would need a new compressor soon, as the low freon hurt itAs it automatically shut off, I wasn't clear that was trueI didn't want to buy a new coil, then have to buy a new compressor, then have to buy(might as well buy a new system at that point)I had asked [redacted] about other parts when he was there, but he didn't mention compressor [redacted] and I weren't sure he checked itSo he came out again free of charge and tested the compressorHe said he already knew it was fine because of information he had and that it shut off automatically when freon was too low, but he gave me peace of mind by checking it specificallyHe was right, it was fine They ordered the part and put it in as soon as it cameMy AC is working the best it ever has in the months I've been hereI can't believe the difference! And I didn't have to replace the whole system, which is only years old Every person, and every interaction I had with people from Fairway, was easy, comfortable, enlightening, and comfortableI never felt pressured, I never felt scammedInstead I was listened to, respected, given appropriate informationIf you want skilled, highly proficient people, doing business the fair way choose Fairway!

After my furnace went out I called Fairway Cooling and HeatingThey were able to come out the same day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hourThe repair guy, ***, was very professional and did a great job

*** and *** were here on time to replace a fan motor They were courteous and after the initial greeting got right down to work I couldn't be more pleased

Everyone we dealt with at Fairway, from *** to *** to *** and ***, were incredibly professional! They took the time to be informative and friendly and genuinely interested in us as neighbors, as well as customers We appreciate this personal touch But, the quick installation and response was no small thing, either Thanks, guys We will recommend you to anyone with a heating/cooling need

Extremely detailed and professional service Would not consider going to a different company even if the price was better I will definitely spread the word

Great service and knowledgeable techniciansInstallers came out with the salesman, before we signed the contract, when we had questions about the installation Installation of furnace and AC were completed in less than hours Everything was cleaned up after the install

this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any organization I have done business withAbsolutely professional and very knowledgeable in their field Very customer oriented from the owner down to the technicians/installers

I selected Fairway Cooling & Heating LLC from a call to their Company after chatting with *** He convinced me that he had a first class team of professional service providers that would not exert any pressure on me to buy parts or serviceThey would simply conduct the comprehensive service per our agreed price That is precisely the reality of the service call *** and his partner were unbelievably thorough with their inspection of my AC/Heating System (and Swamp Cooler) leaving me with some helpful hints relative to care I should take going forward to avoid any unnecessary heating or air conditioning failuresI highly recommend Fairway Cooling & Heating to other home owners
