Just had my Honda washed at this business (1:00pm, 9/2/15)One of their workers cut the vinyl on the driver's side door panel, causing $worth of damageI immediately brought it to the attention of the on-duty manager, Victor ***, who refused any liability and also refused to take any kind of damage claim regarding the incidentI've been a customer for years, and this is the 1st time I've had a problem with their workI was very disappointed in their response, and I'll consider further action if I don't hear from the companyThey've lost a loyal customerI'll never go back!
