I am rejecting this response because:What I had said in the complaint is entirely true. In the past, whenever there was an issue that was brought up to us about rent, we took care of it there and then. Also our property manager never gave us an online account to see how much was due on the account each month. If our property manager had notified us about late fees in March, we would had taken care of it back in March. She lied about posting notices on our door and she did not bring up nothing about late fees when we had paid for rent back in April and May. My roommate had even contacted our property manger about us being emailed notices of a fee that was more than $200 and she told us not to worry about that fee. Then the property manager said that it was for a late fee for our account and that she said that she had posted notices on our door. She never posted a notice on our door about late fees and she never notified us about it in the months of April and May. We felt that we had been lied to by the representative of this company and therefore we had to pay the cost for someone that had lied to us. This was unethical behavior from the representative of this company.
