If I could give it stars I wouldMy family lived here for a little over yearsIn that time the management changed times, and maintenence team at least that manyVarious maintenance managers made it clear that they had to leave their employment because they were not supported by ownership and not allowed to make necessary repairs We had a work order history that took up more than a printed page by the time we moved out, it took about a dozen visits for them to finally replace a yr old dryer on which the heating mechanism wasn't working, and it was making a huge racket every time you turned it onBefore we moved out we were dealing with listening to the neighbors dryer malfunction in the same way, loud enough my daughter was complaining about the noise We ended up leaving because it was just overwhelmingly stressful having to deal with people on a.regular basis who cared less about the property than we did as tenantsWe ended our second year and needed to live there for another months on a month to month basisThey raised the rate times in trying to bully us into signing another year long commitmentWe endedicated up leaving when our water heater caught on fire and they refused to bring in any ventilation to reduce the fumes from singed insulation (very toxic smell in the house of a child and pregnant woman)We also found black mold in the wall of the living room, and cracks in the exterior stucco that lined up perfectly with the affected areaStill the front office claimed we caused that damage and dragged their feet in repairsWe could not continue to risk our health living in this property and moved to a neighboring community in which we have had a thoroughly different and amazing experienceAzelea Village management is friendly, efficient and expedientThe few issues we've had have been immediately resolved, the grounds are clean and they care about their tenantsAnd the rates are lower!

I went to visit Fairway Vista ApartmentsThey are beautiful apartment homesI looked at the two bedroom bath and they had 9ft ceilings and double patiosThe staff was great they made me feel right at home with no pressureI will definitely be leasing with them in the near future

My name is *** and even though Mr*** is going to change his policy that still does not change the fact that I was not given my money back nor did he offer me a new order of foodWhat happen to the customer is always rightCustomers are what keep your businesses a float it only take one customer to give the store a bad name this is called word of mouth and even in todays society word of mouth is still the best advertisement for this countrySo what this owner is saying is that even though I treated her badly it is ok and that from this point on I will add a sign for customer too see but hear is thing when people are hungry they probably are not going to notice a sign which mean the people that he has working there needs to enforce this policy by saying it per orderThe store manger was rude and treated me like so what you problem not mindsHe needs to care about his customer in order to run a successful business There has been several stores at this location and they all had the same problemI still would like a refund and from his response to my complaint I can see he do not care about customer because he did not even apologize for the action of the people working at his establishment (cashier, manger or himself )

I was just stopped by to view these apartments after spending two days looking.
I was greeted with a smile and I felt they genially wanted to help me find my perfect home.

I have read some negative reviews but I also know people write bad reviews if they are upset and I know that all the staff is new and let me tell you it was a pleasure to see that I was being treated with such respect and they really cared about what I wanted.

I leased a 1/1 here and cant wait to move in.

Thanks to the awesome staff there, I leased here because I know I am going to get such great customer service here.

If the owner of this did not disregard me he would have know that I was not upset with the cashier just the manager and I spoke with the cashier and apologize for being upset I told her that it was not her fault. But as a consumer if I offend her in any way I do send my deepest apology again. This owner should send a money  to the Revdex.com with your attention and then can you please forward it to  me thank you  for your help . Have a wonderful day.
