We HAVE sent seperate messages to the email listed on your order, over the course of two weeks, with no responseRegardless of whether or not you "reject" this response, a refund had already been issued prior to you even filing this complaint, because we haven't had any reply from you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have double checked my bank account with no refund being issued by shopify I have double checked my address as it appears on the order confirmation that I received from Fairy Chalk Mothers, it is correct I have attached screenshots of all email communication I have had with Fairy Chalk Mothers, it shows one response to emails that I have sent I have offered to pick up the order from the business with no response from them I will continue to watch my account for the refund Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The seller has both my husband and my cell phone numbers to text us and we have not received any responses to numerous messagesSee attached screen shotsShe also mentioned that she sent photos via email through the email associated with my paypal account, however I have not received those eitherI receive emails from paypal all the time, but I have received nothing from her except my original invoiceClearly my Paypal account has the correct email addressWhere is the proof that she has tried to send us anythingThe only thing she attached to the complaint response was my receipt which noted I needed to arm chairs that they delivered in the middle of the night over a month after our original delivery, after we had to practically beg her to get us the chairs she owed us.We are not looking to get our money back, we just want the table we spent over $on to work properly and for the seller to follow through on the things she said she would doI have left her numerous messages and emails stating that if she will send us the photos we need to make the table work properly that we will cancel all complaints against herAs you can see from the attached screenshots, We were made promises, then given excuses then promises then more excuses, then absolutely nothing! Completely ignores usIf she is able to to send us messages, then why can't the pictures come throughI get pictures from other people all the time no problems at all.Again, I don't want anything out of this other than the table to not have a huge gap in the middle of it when it is closedIt worked when it was delivered yes, so clearly there is a trick to getting it to close properly and that is what we would like to know

A refundable was issued on January 14, It was refunded through our Shopify account, (our web host, where she placed the order), and that can occasionally take two weeks to process completely, and adding any hold time her bank/card issuer can add, she may just be seeing that refundIt should
appear any time nowI have added a photo of the refund in her account historyA notification email was sent to the customer at the time the refund is issued Additionally, this delivery was attempted twice, to no availOnce by usps, and once in personThere is clearly an issue with the address the customer supplied us with, and I have emailed about this issue three different times with no responseI would love to attempt delivery again, in addition to the refund if the customer would like to confirm the address it needs to be delivered to

The buyer purchased this set as-isThe terms of the sale were very clear and the buyer read through the terms, inspected the items, and signed the acknowledgement of the termsIt was very clear that no refunds were going to be available, and that no warranties were expressed or implied. The
set was purchased back in mid-October, and has been in the buyers possession since then. Despite this, the buyer has disputed the charge with PayPal in the last two days, holding the purchase amount out of my PayPal account, and there's nothing I can do about itMy money is essentially being held hostageShe has the $1200+ dining set and now my money as wellThis business is the sole means by which I support my family of 7, including my disabled husband, and now, less than two weeks until Christmas, the buyer took $from me, and still has the dining set.I have in fact sent the photos the buyer is asking for twice, via email and text message. Buyer has engaged in harassing my business by postings negative and inflammatory comments on random posts on my Facebook business page, several different posts within a few minutesIn order to preserve my companies' reputation I felt it necessary to block her from my page. I feel like I'm being bullied by the buyer, in order for them to try to take back the money they paid for the dining set I providedThey have the dining set and my money at this point, despite the terms of the sale they agreed to, and there's nothing I can do about it until PayPal settles the case

We HAVE sent 3 seperate messages to the email listed on your order, over the course of two weeks, with no response. Regardless of whether or not you "reject" this response, a refund had already been issued prior to you even filing this complaint, because we haven't had any reply from you.

We have tried to reach this customer several times regarding issues with the shipping address. We haven't been able to reach her, and have issued a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: Although you claim to have sent 3 emails with no response, you did not list the email that you sent to, and I repeatedly emailed you, which you should have record of and could have easily hit "REPLY" to. I also have the confirmation of the order in my email, I have checked every single one of my email folders, including my spam folders and I do NOT have any communication from you regarding my order or my address. Why would I get a confirmation email with information regarding my order and the status of "accepted order"- by the way I can still access that email and order- yet no other emails (attached)? It lists my contact information- INCLUDING MY PHONE NUMBER. My shipping address is also 100% fine, as I get many items delivered.  I am glad I will not be charged for the product, but at this point you are just honestly backing yourself into further lies and being rude to a customer who couldn't contact you and had to resort to file this report, and now you are being rude to me. I am not the only one who has issues with not getting orders- google yourself and "scam" and there are others like me, and you can see by your own rating on Revdex.com. Just own up to the fact that you have horrible customer service. An apology would go a long way here, yet you cannot show any proof that I was emailed/contacted. Good luck in your future, hope you and your company gets educated on good customer service, because it's obviously lacking.
