Review: Fairy Tale Production debit money from my acct unauthorized and never perform any service. I call the company and spoke to [redacted], who was very nasty and told me he wasn't going to credit my acct back. He said he want to put the money towards a future event. I told him I wouldn't be having any children party in the near future and I want my money back. He said no and do what I want, he doesn't care. He was very uprofessional and nasty. I wouldn't use them for any of my events. He said he would send me a pictur by e-mail of the bounce house and he never did. Never send me any paperwork and coun't tell me what time he would be there for my daughter's Party. Thank you, Revdex.com, for all your assistance with this matter.

[redacted] ordered the Bounce House, we sent her a contract & told her deposit required & said ok. I told her if we get a rainy day. I will refund money. She called me on Friday June * & said, weather looks ok but my husband says its too much money. She should have called me May ** to say that. See contract job booked May ** See #1 terms of Agreement. The office was very polite to her.
