Fairywood Thicket Farm

Fairywood Thicket Farm came to Genuine Parts Company at 3100 Windy Hill Rd SE Atlanta, Georgia over 1.5 years ago to sell their jams. They had just sold all of the Pecan jams that many wanted to a single customer, and were charging us under the agreement that we would receive the jams in a few weeks.
They charged myself and at least one other person for several jars, or about $25.00 each and did not deliver the jams.
We called but their phone mailbox is full. We emailed with no response. We were also assisted by the food service business that set up the event at work, but no response from Fairywood Thicket Farm.

We were billed and never received the jams and were blocked through all forms of electronic communication over the course of time.

I am not sure of the dates of the occurrence, yet it was 2018. The owner charged our cards and wrote the payment and jams ordered on a card that she had handy. She said that she had no plhysical receipts that she could offer us and told us that she would have the jams delivered to our building. We then heard that she was in a serious car accident, and waited to contact her further. Later, we continued attempts to get in touch with no response.
