Faith Construction

Jim B[redacted] AKA Faith Construction. We paid Mr B[redacted] a huge amount of money (over 100,000) to do work for us. His work is OK, but he gave us NO accounting of what he was charging, spending, etc. (yes we were fools, but he presented as a honest Christian man). When we complained about the cost, he had us pay his helper "off the books". Yet when he finally gave us a token accounting, ie his hrs worked and his helpers hours worked, there was no savings to us or record of our "off the books" , amounting to 10.00 plus taxed 'saved". He charged us twice for a painting job (by his own accounting), and took more money than what he said the entire job cost. He stopped working in June. To date he has not provided us with any kind of real accounting and refused to return any money. I also asked him to provide the names and contact numbers of the sub contractors he used (to see if he is honest) and he has not done that either. We feel we have been cheated and treated very badly. I would NOT trust this man again. He and his helper also did a lot of electrical and some plumbing that they are not licensed to do.
