I have been in contact with [redacted] and I have covered all areas of work with her. There is the issue of the exterior wall that we need to have clarity on also an agreement has to be met where that area of work is concern. All...

work covered under the contract were done and there are no defects in that area. The area of defect is outside the area where work was performed. My company has no problem making the necessary repairs once an agreement is reached between [redacted] and myself.

Review: [redacted] was recommended to me by [redacted] as an expeditor. I retained [redacted] as an Expeditor to help clear a plumbing boiler problem at [redacted] on December **, 2014. [redacted] required a deposit of $2,000.00 which he was paid. Accepting his excuses for a while, he requested from me a check of $342.00 for the Building Dept. Since that date he has given me all kind of excuses, at least two deaths, one auto accident in Nov. or Dec. 2014 that required hospitalization about a week, relatives sick, he was out of town and etc. I have demanded my money back. I have called him many times and sent several emails. He has not done any work to my knowledge. He give excuses each time I am lucky enough to get him on the phone or in an email response. I have informed him several times that the boiler inspector wants to get into the building to observe the work and I cannot allow the inspector in because the work is not complete. I have informed him of the urgency of the situation. The plumber cannot do the plumbing until his work is completed. I am requesting my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund of the deposit of $2,342.00 he has not done any work and just lie each time and give excuses.

Review: [redacted] was hired in July 2012 to complete renovation on my 3 family home. As of date, [redacted] has not completed his contractual obligations. In addition, I am displeased with the quality of his work and lack professional. Items were installed without my approval, items were damaged either during or after installation and I was billed for services which have not been completed. These issues have created a financial hardship for me in that I purchased the property in 2011 and was unable to move in until 2014 due to his inability to maintain deadlines. Based on my experience, he is insufficiently staffed, and is unable to supervise the work being done because he has a tendency to leave the work site, lacking accountability. This was addressed with the contractor on various occasions. My last contact with him was via email on 7/**/14 in which he acknowledged that he has not completed the work and is financially responsibility for some of the items that remain outstanding. [redacted] has yet to contact me to express his intentions and timeframe to complete the work required. I have had visits to my home from individuals looking for [redacted] indicating that he owes them money or has not completed their project. This appears to be an ongoing issue for this contractor.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the contractor completes the job no later than 10/**/14 or refund the monies issued to complete the project.
