This is privately owned "rental company". They are very nice when they first meet you and then once you get in they won't fix anything or do anything pertaining to the property. They also will then send false court documents stating that you owe an obscene amount of money to them. Then they will send someone to your house to look in. then some time after that you will then have your home broken into. Do not rent from them, EVER!Desired SettlementI am not looking for any settlement through the Revdex.com. I do not feel that I should owe them anything going forward. The home she rented from this company was built in 2007. It was and is move-in ready containing new carpet, appliances,hardwood, tile. No report of any repairs NOT completed as come to this office. Unfortunately she's several months behind on rent and has chosen to leave without making any payment on whats rightfully owed. This company DOES NOT enter any home without tennants notice. We have made several un-returned calls to collect rent and settle this matter with no success. We would ask that she please contact us with any concerns and payment arrangements. They have tried to send fraudulent court documents and tried to claim that we outer more money to them than what is in writing on our lease agreement. They are liars schemers and frauds. No calls have been made to me to do anything. We have grief to contact Mr [redacted] on a couple of different occasions and we still have a busted window in the house and molded carpet because ourconcerns were never met with a resolve from the landlord. They are all about the money but not or we'll being. Slumlords and immoral theives is what they truly are!
